Briefing his clients shortly after the Court of Appeal session in Uyo Wednesday, Barr. Clifford Thomas said when the motion to dismiss the state government’s appeal in the appellate court is properly entered, decision will be made on merit, and everything will be going in favour of the aggrieved teachers. The 5,000 teachers had filed a motion praying that the Court strike out whatever appeal brought before it by the state government after it had exceeded the stipulated time for the filing of an appeal against the decision of the National Industrial Court in Suit Number NICN/UY/03/2017 delivered on 18th May 2017.
