The wedding event, despite Covid-19 restrictions, drew the créme de la créme of the Akwa-Cross and Nollywood movie industry, with the Special Assistant to the State Governor on Entertainment Industry, Mr. David Sergeant a.k.a. By UbongAbasi Ise  There is a good news for members of Akwa Ibom movie industry as the newly constituted Forum of Akwa Ibom Movie Practitioners, FAMP, considers provision of financial grants and credit facility keys to revamping the make-believe industry in the state. In a statement by FAMP's Public Relations Officer, Prince JTT Jude  following the inauguration of the newly elected caretaker committee on Monday, 20th July, 2020, the forum said it would be enacting enabling laws and be providing conducive environment in a bid to boost movie production value chain.
