Ime Atakpa’s Murder: Court Orders Nigeria Prison To Produce Suspect



Justice Archibong Archibong of Akwa Ibom State High Court sitting in Uyo has ordered the Nigeria Prison Service to produce one of the accused persons in connection with the April 16, 2017 gruesome murder of former secretary of Ukanafun Local Government Area, late Ime Willie Atakpa.
The accused, Godknows Sampson Udoudo popularly known as Anchorman, is alleged to be one of the hardened criminals said to have escaped in the jailbreak in Ikot Ekpene Prison on December 27, 2017.
It was learnt that at the resumed hearing of the case yesterday, the suspect was not present in court, thus, the order of the Prison service to produce him.
